Candidate for Hatboro-Horsham School Director
Bill has been a Horsham resident for 61 years and graduated from Hatboro-Horsham High School in 1979. He served four years active duty in the United States Air Force and 35 years with the Horsham Police Department. His formal education includes a B.S. from Delaware Valley College and a M.S. from West Chester University. Bill also spent 14 years as an adjunct professor at Delaware Valley College and Penn State University. He has coached youth baseball, basketball, and soccer in the community. Bill served numerous years on the advisory board for the Eastern Center for Arts and Technology. He is married to his wife Amy, a teacher, and they have one son, Colin, who is a freshman at HHHS.

Prior to his work in the police department, he served four years active duty in the United States Air Force.
