Clarice is the mother of two: Lexi, 16 a Hatboro-Horsham student, and Mike Jr., her stepson. Schillinger’s husband, Mike, owns a carpentry business, is supportive of her desire to be an effective member of the Hatboro-Horsham School Board. While leading Back to School PA, she connected with thousands of parents across the commonwealth with the same mission – to make a better life for their children. She will fight to give parents a voice at the decision-making table and has a proven track record that she puts education as a top priority. The community of the Hatboro-Horsham School district needs someone who is ready to work and fight for taxpayers, parents, and students. Clarice Schillinger fought to keep schools open for her children and yours so they could get their education and “access to the American dream.” ​
