​Lou is a 30 year resident of Hatboro.  He has a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University and is a CPA.  He is a past president of Montgomery County Intermediate Unit, past vice president of the Hatboro-Horsham School Board, served as treasurer on the Upper Moreland Hatboro Joint Sewer Authority, and is a former Hatboro Borough Councilman.
